The following policy changes take effect immediately. Changes from July 10 are highlighted:
Masks: We encourage the use of masks, but they are not mandatory to enter the store until further notice.
For Propane Sales:
-We are filling propane cylinders and selling cylinders as normal.
-We are accepting customer-owned cylinders for recertification.
-We are accepting expired cylinders for disposal.
For BBQ & Appliance Sales:
-Our showroom is open to customers. Limited to a maximum of 3 customers at one time following proper physical distancing guidelines.
-You may continue to call or email orders and questions, as well.
-Deliveries will be curbside/driveway dropoff only.
-Ordering times are not guaranteed.
For Appliance Service and Repair:
-Appliance drop-off or service at the store is available.
-For in-home appliance service and installation please call the store.
- Please call prior to dropping off an appliance for service.
- Appliances will be sanitized before work begins to service your appliance.
- Once your appliance has been serviced and ready for pickup we will sanitize it again.
