The following policy changes take effect immediately. Changes from July 24 are highlighted:
Face-Coverings: Under the mandate issued by the North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit effective Friday, July 24, 2020, we have implemented a mandatory face-covering policy when entering our enclosed public spaces, unless an individual meets the criteria for exemption. Please contact the store to speak with Scott if you have any questions or concerns regarding our face-covering policy.
For Propane Sales:
-We are filling propane cylinders and selling cylinders as normal.
-We are accepting customer-owned cylinders for recertification.
-We are accepting expired cylinders for disposal.
For BBQ & Appliance Sales:
-Our showroom is open to customers. Limited to a maximum of 3 customers at one time following proper physical distancing guidelines.
-You may continue to call or email orders and questions, as well.
-Deliveries will be curbside/driveway dropoff only.
-Ordering times are not guaranteed.
For Appliance Service and Repair:
-Appliance drop-off or service at the store is available.
-For in-home appliance service and installation please call the store.
- Please call prior to dropping off an appliance for service.
- Appliances will be sanitized before work begins to service your appliance.
- Once your appliance has been serviced and ready for pickup we will sanitize it again.
